These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Viralboard, a social-media analytics service operated by Hudson AI LLC for teams, organizations, and account owners. By using Viralboard, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Viralboard

You may use Viralboard only for lawful business, campaign, research, or professional analytics purposes. You are responsible for the accounts you track, the team members you invite, and the way you use insights generated by Viralboard.

You may not misuse Viralboard, interfere with the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the service, evade usage limits, or use Viralboard to violate social-platform policies, applicable law, or third-party rights.

Authorized Social-Platform Connections

Viralboard can connect to TikTok through TikTok OAuth and to Instagram professional accounts through Instagram Login when an account owner or authorized manager grants access. Viralboard uses those authorizations to read profile information, owned media, account statistics, and permitted insights for analytics.

Viralboard's current official connections are read-only. Viralboard does not publish or delete content, edit connected accounts, send messages, or manage comments on your behalf. You must connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. If authorization is revoked or expires, Viralboard may stop receiving updated owner-authorized data for that account.

Public and Third-Party Data

Viralboard may use public TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook profile, post, and comment information, including data provided by third-party data providers, to produce rankings, trend reports, comment insights, and other analytics. Viralboard depends on third-party platforms and providers, so data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Privacy and Data Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how Viralboard collects, uses, retains, and deletes information, including information received through official social-platform connections. You may revoke a connection through the applicable platform, stop tracking an account in Viralboard, or contact us to request deletion. Certain records may be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Subscription access, account limits, and features may vary by plan. You are responsible for fees, taxes, and maintaining valid payment information. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Accounts and Team Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account or workspace. If you invite team members, you are responsible for making sure they are permitted to access the workspace and any tracked account data.

Intellectual Property

Viralboard and its software, design, and documentation are owned by Viralboard or its licensors. You retain rights to content and data you provide, but you grant Viralboard the rights needed to process that content and data to provide the service.

No Professional Advice

Viralboard provides analytics and recommendations for informational purposes. Viralboard does not provide legal, financial, political, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing insights before relying on them.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Viralboard at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of Viralboard after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

Viralboard is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viralboard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Viralboard or others, fail to pay required fees, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Viralboard at any time.
